Hey, folks, this will be the shortest ever tutorial I can share: never use your Desktop as your Projects folder. This will make you look like an idiot, if you will work with someone.

Somewhy, YouTube tutors always say to make a new folder on your Desktop. But the visual space there is limited, and it will not be "easier to find" after a few years and few dozens of projects.

If you want to show some manners, make a Projects folder on your Documents, Users folder, or a separate drive. Make there subfolders for each engine, language, etc. It will help you to find them much easier.

Some version-control software (like Sourcetree) may have own folder in your drive, and it's absolutely fine too – just keep in mind, where each project will be downloaded or stored.
