[PATCHNOTES]
- Fixed incorrect magic damage calculation for some weapons from previous update
- Fixed player riding horse check monster AI logic (example: Hunting Hyena didn't appear)
- Fixed can't use houses in Eilton when players bought them before previous update
- Fixed Arid Assault against block (floating was not work)
- Added possibility to register to Central Market for all new items like a resources and potions
- Now players can't do rescue in battle mode to avoid rescue abuse at Red Battlefield
- Added some missed knowledge NPC spawns in Winter Zone
- Added Kolka NPC exchanger spawn in Eilton
- Server stabilization fixes
