IN A 2nd LETTER FRENCH GENERALS ARE CALLING TO "CURE" FRANCE (Text) Recently, thousands of generals, officers and soldiers alerted the country to the risk of civil war by signing an open letter that caused a national controversy.
In response to this first letter, another group of generals and colonels signed a new letter.
They claim to share the observation of their colleagues, but say they want to "treat the symptom but also the root of the evil".
This letter, which is much more radical, is accused of encouraging secession, of questioning the official version on COVID-19 and of conveying conspiracy and anti-Semitic prejudices, especially targeting the "Jewish lobby" [CRIF / ADL].
