On March 29, 2022, U.S. District (MN) Judge C. Eric Tostrud issued an OPINION AND ORDER in what appears to be a NATIONAL SECURITY case involving Crimes Against Humanity wherein the legal language authored by Judge Tostrud appears to convey the message ‘bring it back as RICO’.
Evidence shows a criminal conspiracy connected to the FBI, CIA, paramilitary operatives, and espionage agents possessing counterfeit foreign passports, first became visible under the name THE CHAOS PROJECT, and then evolved into OPERATION JOINT RESOLVE (OJR); a criminal conspiracy so extensive it meets the elements of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
Evidence: RICO conspirators involved in OJR are linked to the RICO action filed by Donald J. Trump against Hillary Clinton et al.
Evidence: OJR utilizes a network of operatives who conspire with the FAMILY COURT DIVISION of State District Courts to target ANYBODY who poses a threat to the cartel. The RICO conspirators bypass the U.S. Court and file fraudulent “Harassment” “Restraining Order” and “Domestic Violence” cases in county level FAMILY COURT (thus subverting all Due Process – defacto human trafficking operation) against people with whom they've no domestic relationship (complete strangers) for the purpose of terrorizing witnesses, kidnapping adults and children under Color of Law, human trafficking, torture, murder, Satanic Ritual Abuse, and cannibalism.

On November 19, 2021, former judge Randi Lynn Erickson, MN, (Erickson holds licenses and passes regular FBI background checks) petitioned the U.S. Court for Injunctive relief to stop a kidnap, torture, rape, beastiality, and murder plot against her (and Timothy Holmseth) supported by written threats and corpse photos sent to Erickson and Holmseth by a CIA-FBI-Paramilitary group claiming association with Gen. Michael Flynn, Vice Admiral Charles W. Moore, Gen. Mark Milley, and President Trump.
Erickson was targeted because she escrowed sworn affidavits of unspeakable crimes against humanity which she turned over to the U.S. Military (e.g., Ft. Campbell, KY).
On February 15, 2022, Droel Law said, “…as well as several murders by Hillary Rodham Clinton in Chicago in the early 1980s, which included the raping, torturing, and eating of children during satanic rituals”.
Droel said, “…and other high-profile individuals, such as Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, Joe Biden, Newt Gingrich, Dick Cheney, Dan Quayle, Mike Pence, John Kerry, Muammar Gaddafi, Amy Coney Barrett, and Elon Musk to name a few, as being involved in some Satanic cult that tortures, rapes, murders, and eats children.”
Evidence: Randi Erickson is being actively targeted by OPERATION JOINT RESOLVE to cover up the crimes against humanity that Droel Law Firm released to the public.
