Our guest is a well-known geophysicist, author of the most famous geophysical book - "Seismic Data Analysis", which is the one of the main handbook for the specialist dealing with seismic data processing, interpretation and analysis, Founding Director of Anatolian Geophysical and CTO of GeoTomo LLC - Dr. Oz Yilmaz.

Dr. Yilmaz will give us a lecture about the issues and challenges in land seismic exploration. This event will be interesting for anyone who is involved in a hydrocarbon exploration project, as the main part of our analysis and interpretation starts with seismic data, so it is essential to know how it was acquired and what can cause different disturbances in it.
