Some scammers acquired the PayPal emails of our members from the Chinese exchange office that is doing the refunds.
They are not sellers, agents, or even exchange offices. If you received an email from them, please DO NOT trust them.
They are scammers and, unfortunately, have already scammed some buyers.
We are very sorry about this, and with the help of our sellers, we will make sure that your PayPal information will be safe with the exchange offices and us.
