Google intends to implement the function of detecting unidentified Bluetooth trackers directly in Android

Google is working to ensure that the increasingly popular Bluetooth trackers can't be used for spying or any other lawbreaking activities.

Late last year, Apple released Tracker Detect, an app that allows you to find other people's AirTags around you, but the scanning function needs to be triggered manually. Tile launched similar software more recently. Google, on the other hand, apparently wants to integrate the corresponding function directly into Android.

In the code of the Google app, we found references to alerts about an unfamiliar device in the vicinity and about detecting unfamiliar trackers.
