Google Chrome users urged to update because of the threat of being hacked A group of cybersecurity experts from CERT-In published a new statement.
In it, they described critical vulnerabilities in the Chrome browser.According to the experts, the risks associated with them are "very high", and therefore users who use a browser version below 101.0.4951.41 should urgently update.
Interestingly, the CERT-In position is also supported by Google itself.The authors of the discovery stated that using the vulnerabilities detected, attackers can not only run arbitrary code on the computer, but also gain access to personal information. Google has also noted that a total of 30 vulnerabilities in their browser was detected.
And 7 of them are critical. Windows, macOS and Linux users are at risk.
