[Integrating Spamwatch in Executrix]
Just like the CAS bans before, Executrix now integrates with Spamwatch to keep your groups free of spammers.
@Spamwatch maintains a gigantic database of spammers. If you wish to keep annoying people out of your group, you can now turn on "EnableSpamwatch" under /menu "General" and Executrix will automatically ban people that join your group if they are banned in @Spamwatch.

To further expand on this, it appears the entire datacenter the bot is hosted in is having an issue. I have a few other servers there, and none of them can reach Telegram. Apparently there is an issue with CloudFlare.
