5. PERSONAL PROFILE
If you are still trying to keep a successful blog in your personal profile, then we have bad news: most likely you will fail.
Firstly, personal photos (very personal - friends, parties, and everything that does not fit the theme of the account) distract attention from the main content and create a sense of lack for professionalism. Secondly, if you have a personal profile, not a business account, then you do not see the statistics of your publications and stories (you can switch to a business account in the settings), which means you do not understand how to effectively utilize engagement and coverage.
