1) Airtel: Crisil Rating has upgraded the long-term rating on the bank facilities and debt program of Airtel to AA+ with a stable outlook.

2) Future Retail & Reliance Industries: The National Company Law Tribunal has allowed Future Group to hold extraordinary general meetings (EGMs) of their shareholders and creditors to seek approval for selling assets to Reliance Retail Ltd.

3) HDFC AMC: Media reports state that promoter Standard Life is looking to sell 1.6 crore shares of HDFC AMC with a floor price of Rs 2,870.

4) Lupin: Lupin has launched Droxidopa capsules in the US market.

The capsules are used in treating orthostatic dizziness and lightheadedness.
