3) Reliance Industries: The company has incorporated a new subsidiary in the UAE ‘Reliance International’.

4) Grasim: The I-T Department has raised a demand of Rs 8,334 crore against Grasim as Capital Gains Tax.

5) Avenue Supermarts: The company’s standalone revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 stood at Rs 7,649.64 crores.

6) JSW Steel: The board of JSW Steel has approved a strategic investment of up to Rs 96 crore in Neotrex Steel.

7) Tech Mahindra: The company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tech Mahindra GmbH, approved the proposal to acquire 100% equity shares in Beris Consulting GmbH.

8) Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and Aurobindo Pharma: Both the companies are recalling multiple products in the US market.

The recall is due to various reasons like a deviation from standard manufacturing protocols and the presence of foreign substances in one of the affected lots.
