The final and the most genuine staking enabling holders to earn HAI for HAI with 13% APR. Since $HAI becomes a high-valued asset and will require active involvement and participation in the Hacken ecosystem, HAI-HAI Staking will be the last token activity that makes it possible to get $HAI with ease

hDAO Voting Power
HAI transformation into a governance token will make it essential to get Voting Power (VP) to participate in hDAO development. For 1 staked $HAI, a holder will get 1 VP
All holders will use their Voting Power to vote on hDAO proposals and have a 3% APY in their Membership. Those members who delegate their VP to somebody else will only have 1% APY

hDAO Decision-Making Flow
Today, we announced the hDAO Proposal process and equal access to every $HAI holder to join it
After the hDAO full launch, token holders will be able to submit Request-For-Proposals, vote for Proposals, become on hDAO Committees or even Delegates, and get rewarded for their contribution
To ensure hDAO operations, Hacken set pre-selected budgets for hDAO Departments for 2023 and the amount of HAI to be transferred to the hDAO Treasury Management
