YOU MUST KNOW ABOUT THIS


Day of Arafah is very special - so we should put this knowledge into implementation.

Firstly, fast and encourage family to fast also.

Secondly, keep your tongue moist with the remembrance of Allah.

There is the Takbeer after the obligatory prayers. There is also the takbeer at all other times as well.

But one of the most important things is to busy yourself with the best supplication for the day, as the Prophet ﷺ informed us (Tirmidhi - authentic).

This supplication is:

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ المُلْكُ وَلَهُ الحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

"There is none worthy of worship except Allah, only, who does not have any partner, to Him belongs the dominion, and to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things."

It is said that some of the pious people would say this supplication thousands of times on the Day of Arafah.

Make Dua for yourself, your parents, spouse, children, other family members, scholars, friends, those who have done something for you, and all Muslims.

Ask Allah for good things in this life and the hereafter, and to be saved from the punishment in the grave and the hellfire. Ask for health, guidance, safety, pious children and spouse, a good end, etc.

May Allah accept our duas, protect us from all evil and give us all that is good in both worlds. Ameen
