Palestinian-American supermodel Bella Hadid shared her frustration on the evictions of Palestinian families from their homes in the Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood and the Israeli forces’ recent violent raid of Al Aqsa Mosque through a series of Instagram stories.
She reposted a lot of content explaining the recent events that took place in occupied East Jerusalem.
“I feel the pain of my ancestors. I cry for them. I cry for my Palestinian brothers and sisters, (they’re) now, feeling unsafe and scared. This needs to stop, there is NO room for this in 2021!!!! We are proud (to be) Palestinian and we stand with Palestine,” she wrote.
