Update #2 SCAM tag must be removed if we transfer channel ownership to a new account
And because of the term that enabled Two Step Verification more than 7 days ago
We have to wait for 7 days so then we can transfer ownership to a new account which is not reported
So then SCAM tag will be removed
And Second option is if Telegram reads all the mail's by you an us then they can remove it within this timeline
