#JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Seek import #documents from the supplier (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading) and check the same for correctness.
• Send documents to CHA.
• Check the #custom clearance checklist for correctness.
• Checking the validity of import permits for consignments for which negotiation for shipping is being done.
• Coordinating with vendors for delivery #dates.
• Ensure payments are made to vendors.
• Request technical documentation from vendors for tender submission when required.
• Track #performance of vendors based on delivery timelines and quality.
