Responsibilities
#Conduct the recruitment screening #process, including characterizing roles, performing interviews, assessing candidates, preparing contracts, etc.
#Administer payroll by maintaining employees’ records regarding #working hours, commissions, absences, pensions, expenses, etc.
#Write, maintain and enforce human resource policies such as on-boarding, off-boarding, performance evaluation, misconduct, absence, etc.
#Plan and perform wellness remote and in-person activities while maintaining employees’
#Carry out office activities such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, etc.
#Performing #bookkeeping tasks such as #invoicing, #collection, and expense tracking.
#Purchase and #maintain tech equipment, #software #licenses, and office #tools.
#Coordinate between #employees and #customers for the flawless execution of multiple projects, report, and escalate to management as needed.
#Ensure that all #projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within #budget.
Requirements
At least two years of proven experience in Human Resources, including recruitment.
Experience in office administration.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
Strong ability to multi-task, pay attention to details, and prioritize work.
Strong computer skills, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Ability to work from home without distractions.
