We are looking for payments specialist that will manage the day to day releasinships with the different acquirers/PSPs that we work with and apply for new merchant accounts for Credit Card proessing.

Responsibilities:

*Manage and coordinate with partners like processors/acquirers, gateways and fraud service providers, to effectively address imminent issues and develop medium to long-term solutions
*Provide business analysis and intelligence around payment optimization, decline salvage, account updater, payment user experiences, etc.
*Communicate and report overall status, primary metrics, essential fraud issues, and solution plans and readiness timelines to senior management and executives
*Identifying operational gaps in current process and proposing operational requirements for new projects
*Manage all aspects of the payments and fraud operations, including monitoring payment processing and gateway activities, credit brand compliance, payments and fraud data analysis

Job requirements:

*High level both in English and Russian - Must
*Solid verbal and written communications skills- Must
*Experince with payment solutions- credit-card processing, aterntive payment methods, online Wallets and crypto payments for high risk industries- Big Advaetage
*Ability to think outside of the box- Advantage
*Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Advantage
