Develop, grow and maintain strong strategic and tactical relationships with existing affiliate partners,
Mentoring & Guiding the affiliate Team
Lead our communication and training efforts surrounding new Affiliate management
Lead strategic partner recruitment
Effectively communicate performance and strategic direction for the program to the client and the extended global affiliate team


Requirements:
Three years of experience - Knowledge of online performance marketing
Acute understanding of core online advertising revenue models (CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA)
Experience managing direct reports
Should demonstrate very strong analytic thinking with the ability to relate results to client business objectives.
Ability to work independently while effectively communicating and delegating to teammates in multiple locales
Passion for the emerging media and the digital marketplace, in general, demonstrates interest and initiative to test new partner types and tactics
Experience with third-party affiliate tracking platforms
Adept at prioritization of tasks and workload
