Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for being part of our Sales Team and help us to engage with new prospects, selling to a wide range of organizations over the web/phone.


Responsibilities

· Manage all sales opportunities, prospecting plan through research, calling, e-mail, leveraging personal networks, and following up on a generated lead.
· Create sales opportunities that are well-positioned to become clients.
· Research companies, and contacts, outbound campaigns, initiate contact with Enterprise-level prospects and qualify opportunities before sending to a Sales Executive.
· Manage a variety of sales automation and online prospecting tools.
· Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and qualified opportunities generated.


Qualifications


· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
· Expertise on sales pipelines, funnels, passionate about all aspects of b2b lead generation, including outbound e-mail template creation, marketing tools, cold calling.
· 1+ years’ experience in outbound B2B sales with a proven track record of exceeding expectations.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
· The mother tongue level of English is a must; any other language is a big plus.
· Ability to work cross-functionally in a high-growth environment with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
· Prioritize and manage the lead queue volume effectively to maximize new sales opportunities.
