How was your day today? Often, it is when we tend to unconsciously focus on the negatives or struggles of the day that makes us stay in a loop of negative thoughts and lens. An activity like this helps us to acknowledge both sides of the happenings of each day. This was something Talya (read her story in our previous post) practiced when she was struggling with depressed thoughts. This is also an activity psychologists often use in practice.

Remember not to judge the results of what you did too much, what’s important is that you did it, no matter how small or big.

But we also want to acknowledge the struggles - if there were things that made you feel down today, what made you feel this way? What did you do that made you feel this way? What happened that made you feel this way?
