Make a schedule
Getting organised by making a realistic schedule can alleviate worry and stress because it changes your perception that the tasks can be targeted within your control this time.

You may find out that not everything can be completed in one day, so carry on tasks to the next day or create a plan for the week. Give yourself an extra 1-2 hours to finish all tasks.

To further alleviate overwhelming feelings, set 3 goals for the day and ensure leisure time is scheduled in so you don’t get drained!
