Avatar
An icon or a 3D object representing a person (e.g. Project Participant, a Maintenance Person, etc.) within a virtual space. An Avatar can be static, dynamic (animated) or interactive - controlled by a user to change the virtual space using add/modify/remove commands (see also Immersive Environments).
