Position: Engineer Maintenance Reliability - Specialist

Be accountable for maintenance strategy and maintenance management ensuring the right maintenance, at the right time and with the right efforts, by being the owner of the Preventive Maintenance programs;
Develop and implement improvements in the maintenance strategy (ex. From schedule-based maintenance to condition-based maintenance);
Ensure the maintenance frame conditions defined by Technical Integrity team;
Ensure delivery of maintenance engineering and improvement projects;
Implement KPI analytics and benchmarks, in close collaboration with maintenance stakeholders locally and globally;
Drive standardization and continuous improvement of the Preventive maintenance programs;
Follow up equipment operations and advise on upcoming maintenance activities;
Ensure equipment reliability according to company’s expectations.
