No surprise: Netflix has renewed the gay drama series "Heartbroken" for a second and third season at once

The plot revolves around Charlie Spring, a high school senior at Truham Private School for Boys. Last year he made a cameo out and has been bullied for a long time. At a certain point he meets and subsequently falls in love with Nick Nelson, who plays for the school's rugby team.
