According to motor vehicles law a good samaritan is a person who without any expectation of prize money and without being named for anything in the road accident, should help the needy. Ministry of road and transport now provides 5000 rupees and a certificate to person who helps the needy met with accident on road. It will give 1lakh to 10 best from among those.
