From the Data here, last month ended a bullish close month on the dollar, which makes the next month obvious to go fill the SIBI seen there.

COT Reports also shows that Commercials have been hedging heavily on "Sells" for a while which supports the buy bias.

It's bullish Dxy for the time being, till the SIBI (Sellside Imbalance Buyside Inefficiency) is filled.
