2020-02-28 06:16:36 On February 23 Zemsky Club organized a lecture for British politician Tommy Robinson. In his report, Robinson spoke about ethnic crime in Britain and its patronage by the authorities.

Tommy Robinson has been fighting ethnic crime for many years. Publicity is the main weapon of Robinson and his comrades, despite all the authorities' attempts to impede freedom of speech. For decades, groups of rapists in British cities have terrified locals and have gone unpunished.

Together with his like-minded people, Tommy Robinson created the conditions under which ordinary Britons were able to express their protest to the inaction of the authorities, holding rallies, openly expressing their protest. As soon as it became impossible to hide people's discontent, the number of punished criminals increased significantly.

One of the reasons Tommy Robinson came to Russia with his lecture is that the British authorities were not allowed to speak freely. However, for Robinson it turned out to be a discovery that Russia faces exactly the same problems as its homeland - ethnic crime and inaction of the authorities.

The news that the House of Bryullov, associated with the names of the great Russian artists, will be given over to the museum of Islam, outraged the residents of St. Petersburg.

A house with a difficult history has been empty and destroyed since 2016. The building was claimed by the Society for the Protection of Monuments (VOOPIiK), which, in fact, is continuing the work of Alexandre Benois and his town-protecting organization, which was located in the House of Bryullov at the beginning of the XX century. In addition, VOOPIiK, with help of volunteers, looked after the building. Fulfilling the "desire" of the deputy director of the Kuntskamera museum, the government of St. Petersburg decided to give House of Bryullov for needs of a new museum of Islamic culture.

Identitarians of Russia held an action under the walls of the House of Bryullov, in order to draw the attention of citizens to the irresponsible decisions of officials, to the fate of the historic building.

If St.Petersburg is destined to remain a cultural capital, then it is necessary to preserve traditions and continuity. Identitarians of Russia created the #deislamization_of_Bryullov movement, as a citywide association whose goal is to save the House of Bryullov from the fate that is prepared for it. Open / Comment
