IDF: The final terrorist connected to the terrorist cell that was thwarted overnight has been apprehended by IDF and ISA troops

A short while ago, during joint IDF and ISA activities in the community of Shuweika, troops from the Duvdevan Unit and ISA apprehended the last terrorist suspected of being a member of the terrorist cell who were thwarted overnight by the Israeli Police Counter Terrorism Unit (“Yamam”) and ISA. The apprehension was made during broad daylight, and it was estimated that the final wanted suspect was going to attempt to carry out an additional terror attack before his was caught. In addition, soldiers from the units located an M16 assault rifle and ammunition in the terrorist’s possession.

Thanks to the joint efforts of IDF, “Yamam” and ISA troops, the terrorist cell that recently carried out a number of attacks against security forces, and was planning on carrying out more in the future, has now been completely thwarted.

The additional suspects from the terrorist cell were apprehended during the troops’ activities overnight.
