IDF: Four IDF soldiers were taken in for investigation yesterd | Israel Defense Forces

IDF: Four IDF soldiers were taken in for investigation yesterday following a report regarding a serious physical injury to a Palestinian detainee alongside photographic documentation of his injuries.

As part of the investigation, efforts measures were taken to clarify the circumstances of the incident.

Based on the evidence and findings found so far, it was decided that there is no longer justification to leave the soldiers in custody in order to continue the investigation. The investigation will continue and upon its completion, the findings will be transferred to the Military Advocate General’s Corps for examination.
