IDF: Overnight (Thursday), IDF and Israel Border Police forces operated in the city of Ramallah to demolish the residence of the terrorist Islam Farouk. The terrorist carried out a bombing attack in Jerusalem on November 23rd, 2022, in which civilians Aryeh Schupak and Tadese Tashume were murdered and dozens of civilians were injured.

During the activity in the city of Ramallah, violent riots were instigated in a number of locations, during which suspects hurled explosive devices, Molotov cocktails, and rocks at the forces. The security forces responded with riot dispersal means and live fire toward the area of the riots. Hits were identified.

An initial inquiry suggests that a Palestinian photojournalist who was in the area of the violent and crowded riots was injured, likely by a rubber bullet. The details of the incident are under review.
