Changing the calculative way of the World Challenge fee
- Old: Each participant deducts 20% fee (Participation fee 100,000 mIDLE, winner gets 160,000 mIDLE)
- New: Less than 20% of the losing party's fee, the winning party gets the full mIDLE fee (Winner gets 180,000 mIDLE)
