Reality This is not true. You have to repeat vocabulary when you talk about sports, children or advertisement, etc. You shouldn't overuse one word; 3 or 4 in one sentence or 5 or 6 in one paragraph. And it's totally fine to repeat the words in the question.
Also, you can't find a synonym for certain words; for example, banana.
