Technique 1: Using Synonyms
Synonyms are different words that have the same or similar meanings.
Example 1:
The original sentence: "The hardest language to learn is Chinese."
The paraphrased sentence:
• The most difficult language to learn is Chinese. • The most difficult language to be good at is Chinese. • The most difficult language to master is Chinese.
Example 2:
The original sentence: "Violent crime is on the increase among teenagers."
The paraphrased sentence: •Violent offences are increasing among adolescents.
Example 3: LIKE/LOVE
The original sentence: "I enjoy reading historicalbooks."
The paraphrased sentence:
• I like reading historicalbooks. • I love reading historicalbooks. • I'm fairly/ pretty keen on reading historicalbooks. • I'm really into reading historicalbooks. • I'm quite a big/ dedicated fan of reading historicalbooks. • I'm passionate about reading historicalbooks. • I'm a great lover of reading historicalbooks.
