But I’d like to draw your attention to another invention, which contributed to radical change in the way people live and it’s the invention of penicillin and antibiotics. Thanks to these, millions of lives have been saved over the past century. Also, the invention of modern day automobiles also deserves a special mention. They revolutionized transportation, reshaped cities and brought mobility to the masses.
What inventions do you hope to have in 20 years?
Several areas of ongoing research and development hold promise for the future and probably the field I expect to see some innovations is artificial intelligence and machine learning. These are going to have a massive impact on various industries like healthcare, robotics and finance. Also, I expect renewable energy technologies will emerge. For example, solar and wind power, and energy storage will improve even more in some decades
