How to practice vocabulary so that it becomes familiar to your hand or your mouth?

See some samples to see how it is used

Full copy a sentence from a model essay or a dictionary that contains the word you want to practice

Write or say a sentence with that word yourself

Review the sentences you wrote on a weekly or monthly basis and if necessary, write or say sentences with it again

If you use it incorrectly in a mock , add it to your mistake archive

Write or say a sentence with it again

When you see it and use it several times, it will gradually become active for you.
