All over the world now there are sudden blocking accounts of long-playing and proven agents. If you also find yourself in such a situation, we recommend contacting support and politely stating the problem, ask to re-consider your case.

Algorithm of appeal:
1. Open a support chat.

2. Type "Skip" to activate the bot, which will send a message to the NIA Ops team. In response, the bot will ask for more information:
- your email address (it is desirable to specify the one to which the account is linked);
- problem category (select "My Account was terminated");
- your game nickname;
- accompanying text.
For example, such:

Hello NIA OPS.
My account has been recently terminated.
I believe it's a mistake and I would like to ask you to take a more detailed look at my Ingress account.
I've never used any second account(s) or any third-party software, never falsified my location, I've always been a ToS-abiding player.
I'm sure if you check my account again you will find out that there are no reasons to take any measures against me.

The lucky ones who have already achieved account unlock, share that the wait takes about three hours.
