The Revenue Assurance Unit Supervisor is responsible for the organization, enhancement and improvement of different data sources analysis processes for revenue leakage control/prevention purposes, as well as for detection and timely suspension/localization of fraud cases. He/she is also responsible for thorough investigation of detected fraud cases or data inconsistencies, determination of their possible root causes, clear and accurate reporting, as well as for improvement of revenue assurance functions efficiency.
