The rest is there, in the Hereafter, in the meeting with Allaa | Ilm4all

The rest is there, in the Hereafter, in the meeting with Allaah, in the obedience of Allaah, in the remembrance of Allaah. Anyone who searches for rest in anything other than this is a Miskeen (wretched and miserable)! Such a person is treading a wrong path, and he is going in the wrong direction.

People who were alive yesterday were buried today, and those who are alive today will be buried tomorrow. Those who are alive today prayed the funeral prayer for those who passed away yesterday, and those who will be alive tomorrow will pray the funeral prayer for those who have passed away today.

تِلْكَ أُمَّةٌ قَدْ خَلَتْ ۖ لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَلَكُم مَّا كَسَبْتُمْ ۖ وَلَا تُسْأَلُونَ عَمَّا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ

{That was a nation which has passed on. It will have [the consequence of] what it earned, and you will have what you have earned. And you will not be asked about what they used to do.}
[Surah al-Baqarah (2): 134, 141]

Remember death and most of your worries will fade away!
Remember death and the comfort of this world will become meaningless!
Remember death and the objects of this world will become worthless!
