In response to the devastating effects on the health sector, a team of Nurses, Innovators, technologists and developers have come together to develop an empowering local community platform. It’s dedicated to supporting and growing both local health businesses and local Hero nurses, using the power of caring conversations and thoughtful expertise.



Our mission is to continually collaborate with clients, nurses and practices to reimagine the future of community health services for all and deliver them today.



We believe a healthy community is growing, active, connected and free and we all have a role to play in keeping these values alive. The question is what role do we all need, want and can play?

When confronted with this question, we looked inward and at each other and with a deep respect and love for this community we live in, called Australia, we set out to bring people together.

We know, when there is change there is opportunity, where there is imagination there is collaboration and from this a natural desire to work together and in this space, Nurses Grow Health was born.



Nurses Grow Health is now seeking applicants by Registered Nurses across all Australian communities looking to apply their knowledge, experience and passion for health care in an entrepreneurial manner. Utilising your existing problem solving skills, community connections and empathy to collaborate remotely as connected and integrated members of practice teams to support their clients on their health journeys.
