Chapter 2
(Diana POV'S)

It's finally the day that I hope it didn't exist. It was the 1000 day after we broke up. I wanted to relax today but I can't. My company was having a Dinner Party tonight. I should've done all my work. Since I was the boss, I have to book a hotel for the event.

KNOCK KNOCK

"Yes come in please" I said after hear the knock on my office door
My assistant came in.
"Miss sorry for interrupting your work"
"It's okay. What is it?"
"For tonight event 350 people will came"
"Oh, you mean all in the office?"
"Yes, Miss"
"Okay well, can you help me to find a hotel that can fit 350 people in it?"
"Sure, Miss. I'll be right back"
"Thank you"
I was surprised. The whole company coming to the event. I'm worried also, what if there's no hotel that can fit 350 people in it? Should we cancel it or not? Aish I'm having a headache.

Time passed as usual. I was relieved when she found a hotel that can fit 350 people in it. That's why I'm thankful to have her as my assistant. It was 5:00 pm. Which it was the end of the day. Everyone slowly shift off from the company.

As usual, I drove home by myself and get ready for the dinner. I wore a blue dress with a pair of high heels. It's actually not that high. A diamond ring on my left hand which making me look fabulous. It's time to go.

It took 50 minutes to reach that hotel. After I parked my car, I could see my staff were walking around the building. It's a sign that many of them were there before me. A smile plastered on my face so I don't look rude. I'm making my way to the event while I notice many eyes staring towards me. Maybe I look fabulous tonight?

It's 10 minutes before the event started, everyone sat in their table while waiting. The foods on the table smells amazing. I can tell it was delicious just from the smell.

Finally the event begin, it started with my speech and a performance from the staffs. It was enjoying and fun. I don't know they could sing really well than me. Feels like I'm in the heaven, listening to those angelic voice.

My assistant being the MC was the best MC I've ever met in my life. She was humble and talking confidently to the audience. I could see she was the staffs role model. Everyone wanted to be her, even I am.

"So today we have a special guest ! Very special...could you guys guess who it was?"
Everyone whispered to eachother which making me feel like it would be a popular celebrity. I'm just going to wait until it came out.

"Ooo, I could hear the whispers. Well guys please welcome Evan !!"

Everyone was cheering for it. I guess my guess was right, it was a popular celebrity.

"Uh oh hello guys. I'm thankful to have you guys as my audience today, and thank you for inviting me. Well for today, I will sing this special song for you guys. I actually made this song for my ex girlfriend which we never met again after we broke up. Since today was the 1000 day after we broke up, I wanted to sing this song for you guys. Even though she was not here, I just imagine it as you, okay?"
"Okay !!" The whole crowd shouted

I was so confused after he said it was the 1000 day after he broke up with his girlfriend. I sat on the back so I couldn't see his face clearly. I could hear them saying "aww what a pity his girlfriend left him", "she must regretted it now" and "I won't let him go if he was mine".

He started singing, I could tell the pain in his voice. While he was singing he get off from the stage. I think it's because he wanted an interaction with his audience. He came from table to table. Of course we were the last table he have to interact with.

I could see his face when he came to our table. A panicked feeling attacked me when I saw his face. It was him, singing the song. It was the last lyric when he came up to me and our eyes met. He was shock, and dropped the mic in front of me which making me stood up. I couldn't handle my tears so I ran to the bathroom. My staff can't see me crying. Open / Comment

Chapter 1

(Diana POV'S)

I was driving to my home from my work. It's very tiring today, I've got to run up and down the stairs because the elevator was underwork.

I parked my car in the garage. I get out from the car and walk towards the door. It was kinda dark inside cause the light wasn't on. Without wasting a time, I go take a shower.

After a few minutes, I finally get out from the bathroom. While I was drying my hair, something got my attention. The picture. The person in the picture reminds me of something. I don't have any idea why I didn't throw this one yet. I take a look and realised it was him. My heart break into pieces when I saw his face. The face that always make me smile on the past day but not until we broke up. Chris. He was my ex boyfriend. It's been a long time since we didn't met eachother. I wonder what he was doing now.

(Chris POV'S)

The beer tasted very nice. I was in the bar. Alone. I have an alcohol addict after we broke up. I just don't know how to get rid of her. Even until now, I'm still thinking about her.

I admit it was my fault for not telling her about this early. I just wanna go back time and change everything. I regretted my decision. All I wanted and I need now is her. Her face who made my day on the past. I tried to search her, I wanted to apologize and hoping that we will get back, but I couldn't find her. I wonder what she was doing now. Open / Comment
