IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR FRESHERS WHO ARE APPEARING FOR ANY OFF CAMPUS OR ON CAMPUS JOBS ROLE:
1. Make your resume of first page and clearly structure it according
to the role your are applying for. Do not use one resume for all
applications.
2.Always do some research prior to your job interview about the
company. This will help you in getting familiarity with the role
too. Current technologies that company is involved and brief
about mission and vision of the company. Believe me this will
align your whole process as per the company requisite.
3.Whenever you are asked "Do you have any question?". Please
make sure you ask one. This will make feel the recruiter that
you are serious for the role and not just trying to please the
interviewer.
4.Always be polite and honest in the interview Process. Say NO
if you do not know the answer. Saying no is a positive answer
then giving a wrong answer.
5.Last but not the least take this whole process as a learning
step and see where you are lacking. Do not take this as an exam
to get a role. You analyze yourself and improve for the next
interview.
PRO TIPS:
1. Do not wait for the result of an interview , just move forward
after the HR round. I have seen many candidates waiting for
long period for getting revert back.
2. When you are asked "Do you want to ask question", you
must ask "Which technologies you are currently working". This
will make you stand up from the crowd and subconsciously
interviewer will recall you.
