UX Lead position - 4No.s
What You will do
1. 10-12 years of experience in UX (e.g., User Experience Design, Interface Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Discovery Workshops & Content Strategy)
2. Work closely with Business & Marketing teams to define UX and visual design guidelines for merchandising properties for conversion, communication, promotion and engagement.
3. Create/redefine the experience for product discovery, End to End journeys, in a way that is Clear, Concise, Meaningful and Intuitive.
4. Proactively take new initiatives to improve Inhouse & Client product experience & customer lifecycle by closely understanding the gaps in existing systems and aligning other stakeholders.
5. Proactively contribute to the growth of Altimetrik UX Capability Centre through Innovations & Growth Accelerative Method Proposals
6. Translate complex problems into meaningful chunks of actionable items for subordinates to act upon and share feedback to designers to continually raise the bar of quality.
7. Refine the process of design execution, delivery, and cross-collaboration.
8. Portfolio showcasing your proficiency in translating research insights into great product experiences.
About you
1. Have experience of building products in a fast-paced environment.
2. Have a sharp understanding of visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Must have experience in Managing team of Designers, Mentoring, Guiding & Supporting on projects related activities.
5. Good Experience in conducting Design Thinking Workshop Sessions
6. Strong Experience with design tools (Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
