Both of them are correct. So you can use both of them; that's right, you can use them both!

Here's how it goes:

You both will get candy. (you is a subject personal pronoun with both as an appositive*)

Both of you will get candy. (both is a subject indefinite pronoun with of you as an of-appositive**)

I will give candy to you both. (you is an object personal pronoun with both as an appositive)

I will give candy to both of you. (both is an object indefinite pronoun with of you as an of-appositive)
