#Writing_tips While preparing for the IELTS exam, students tend to overuse a phrase a lot of. A lot of is an informal phrase and should be avoided in formal writing. Students can also use quantifiers such as many or most before nouns to show the quantity. I will introduce useful language to replace a lot of in some contexts
