I feel sorry for national universities of Uzbekistan which are dependant on DTM to decide who will study at universities. With obsolete testing and assessment system, all these university entrance exam processes carried out by DTM have already proved to be a subject of reconsideration. There is no parallel experience where universities have to wait for one organization to reveal the results for them. All over the world, universities decide their own entrance procedures for applicants. I think it is a shame for national universities and for the whole higher education system of Uzbekistan. @Insight_English
