Guide: How to secure your Instagram

1. Log into instagram web (Use safari or google chrome) NOT APP
2. Edit profile > change email > add phone
3. Settings > Privacy and data > Former email addresses, make sure the email address at the bottom matches your OGE
4. Go to your instagram app > Forgot password > Reset Password
5. Go back to the Log in page > Forgot password > Type username > Tap need more help
6. Select any of the options shown in the need more help page
7. Reset password again using those options to break email links & recovery page
8. Log back in & Add 2-Fa Auth
