The primary role of the Growth Strategist (Pre-Acquisition) is to support the Growth team in identifying business opportunities for both the agency and prospective clients, and develop the relevant plans to capitalise them. The secondary role is to coordinate and facilitate the development of business, creative and strategic proposals with the relevant project teams, as well as supporting the Growth and Projects team in ensuring the deliverables and objectives of the agreed, contracted proposals are achieved.
Scope of work includes and not restricted to:

Marketing research on clients, their industries and competitors
Support the Growth team in identifying latest market trends, technological advancements in the relevant industries and consumer behaviour 
Support the Growth team in developing proposals for ad-hoc gap analysis, recommendations and pitches
Support the Growth team in pitches and client meetings where necessary
Support the Growth team in the management of strategic accounts where necessary

 
THE SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience

Strong research and analytical skills
Strong understanding of all agency services
Good linguistic and communication skills
Marketing or Business related degree

Capabilities
