People and Culture Intern
The People and Culture Intern is an integral part of the People and Culture Department. From the recruitment and selection process to orientation, training, benefits administration, communication and overall employee relations, People and Culture is there for all employees. The People and Culture Intern is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering into the People and Culture Office. This position assists with general employee and applicant inquiries, handles all incoming calls, provides employment verifications, processes a variety of reports, maintains all general employment files, and assists with a variety of employee events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties.
The People and Culture Intern handles every task with integrity and confidentiality. This highly visible role also provides administrative support to the People & Culture and Learning & Development team.
We are looking for individuals who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience and possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office is essential. Applicants must also have a high attention to detail, be creative and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced working environment.
